Wedding Cakes Flavors

We pride ourselves on using the finest, freshest eggs, sweet butter, fruits, liquors and chocolates. We have found the following to be the favorites among our clients.

Brie au Kirsch

Vanilla sponge cake, vanilla custard, almond meringue and Kirsch.


Vanilla sponge cake, vanilla custard, fresh raspberries or strawberries.

Gateau Pralin

Vanilla sponge cake, hazelnut cream, Amaretto liquor.


Lemon cake, lemon mousse, raspberries.

St. Michel

Chocolate sponge cake, dark, milk and white chocolate mousse, with a splash of Grand Marnier liquor.

Gateau Citron

Lemon sponge cake, lemon curd.
